Durga Puja in Bengal is well known which covers three to four months. Many things are stereotypical and repetitive; yet, it's an informal University. It trains both young and old in diverse fashions. Culture is drilled into the brains and injected into the genes. Castes dissolve.
Education is not simply brick and mortar; measuring the general consciousness is also essential. Odisha and Bengal are at a much higher level today despite the apparent poverty or deprivation that meets the eye at the first instance. India must value this bowl of social capital.
